At TechPlus Solutions, we empower companies in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Retail, and Hospitality with Odoo ERP to streamline their operations and achieve digital transformation. We are now seeking a Project Manager to lead our delivery teams in India while serving as the primary contact for UK-based clients.
🔧 Your Role:
- Lead multiple ERP/Odoo projects using Agile project management practices (Scrum/Kanban).
- Act as the key liaison between UK clients and India-based functional & technical teams.
- Define project scope, manage backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Conduct client workshops, demos, retrospectives, and progress reviews.
- Monitor risks, track KPIs, and produce clear status and financial reports.
- Foster collaboration and accountability across distributed teams.
✅ You Should Have:
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably with ERP or SaaS projects.
- Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong Agile / Scrum Master experience (certifications a plus).
- Excellent English and confident client-facing communication skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Trello, Odoo Project, or MS Project.
- Knowledge of Odoo or other ERP platforms is an advantage.
- Availability to work UK business hours.
