Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong Project Management skills who can lead requirements gathering, translate business processes into Odoo functional flows, and manage ERP projects from start to finish. You will be the key interface between the client and technical team, ensuring successful Odoo implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed business analysis and process mapping for clients, especially in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Hospitality.
- Lead client workshops and document functional requirements for Odoo modules (Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales, Purchase, Accounting, POS, CRM, etc.).
- Translate client needs into functional specifications for the technical team.
- Manage Odoo ERP implementation projects using agile or hybrid methodologies.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, and deliverable schedules.
- Provide UAT support, documentation, and user training.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Odoo.
- Experience in project management (certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile SCRUM are a plus).
- Strong understanding of Odoo functional modules and workflows.
- Experience in manufacturing and/or supply chain environments.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Desirable Skills
- Experience using project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Odoo Project.
- Familiarity with Odoo.sh and Odoo Studio.
- ERP implementation experience outside of Odoo (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a bonus.
- Ability to train end-users and create training materials.
- Experience working in multicultural or distributed teams.
